The Colmello farm is located in the heart of the Asolo Prosecco DOCG Superiore area, where the vineyards extend over an area of 17 hectares on the hills, embracing the municipalities of Castelcucco, Asolo and Monfumo. It is precisely from these unique soils that Duse Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut is born, an excellent sparkling wine for true connoisseurs.
The Duse Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut is characterized by its rich hints of white flowers, honeysuckle, pineapple, lime and ginger. Thanks to the low residual sugar, this sparkling wine offers a saline and mineral finish with an intriguing smoky note, which makes it the ideal companion for aperitifs and moments of conviviality between meals.
With its fine and persistent bubbles and its unmistakable aromatic bouquet, the Duse Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut is a true food and wine treasure, the result of the tradition and savoir-faire of this small producer from the Asolo area.
